Thank you for booking an introductory call with me. I’m looking forward to meeting you and finding out about your running journey. Ahead of our call, it would be helpful if you could have a think about why you are interested in coaching and what you want it to achieve for you. Don’t worry if you aren’t sure, I’m here to guide you through the call and help you share useful information.
For the call, you will need access to a laptop or phone – something where you can reliably access Zoom. Please be in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. This lets you focus on our conversation and gives you the privacy and space to be open and honest about where you are at and what you want to achieve.

By booking a call you are committing to showing up at the time scheduled. Just like you, my time is precious. I really appreciate at least 24 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations so I can plan my days effectively. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me.
